About Us

Shirli's eclectic and prolific background has culminated in her directorial and producing film debut, A World of Signs. She holds a Masters in developmental psychology in education from the University of Pittsburgh, a post-graduate degree in family therapy from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and a Bachelor of Arts in visual arts from Chatham University.

Shirli is an accomplished musician, having studied music and piano at the conservatory in Haifa, Israel and at Chatham University and also music education at Carnegie Mellon University. In addition, she has extensive knowledge in movement and dance as a result of her studies in Israel and at the Merce Cunningham Dance Studio.
